Fluid Fertilizer - Fluid Forum

2012 Fluid Forum

Registration Form • Agenda

December, 2011

Dear Friends:

We are pleased to announce the 2012 Fluid Forum scheduled for February 19-21, 2012 at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, 7200 North Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ  85253. The Forum provides an opportunity for review of all research projects sponsored by the Fluid Fertilizer Foundation and for you to determine how to apply this latest information to your business.  With the many changes affecting agriculture today, the program also includes several invited speakers who will address future nutritional programs leading to continued increasing crop yields and meeting our growing global food demand.  Additionally, Steve Siemens, a creative author and sought after speaker will provide insight into prospering with the change we continually must deal with.

The Forum is THE late winter gathering point for fertilizer industry leaders.  We invite your participation as a significant part of your yearly activities.  Dress code is strictly business casual.

Enclosed is a copy of the Fluid Forum program and pre-registration form for the Forum.  The hotel should be contacted directly for your room reservation by calling 1-800-832-2025 and ask for the block of rooms under Fluid Fertilizer Foundation before the cut-off date of January 19, 2012.  Be sure and make your reservation before January 19th because the cut-off date is strictly adhered to and the rate will go up substantially.  The rate is $190 single/double plus a $10 resort fee per day which includes newspaper delivery to the room M-F, in-room coffee, local phone calls, 800 access calls, in-coming faxes and access to the exercise room.  We would encourage you to take advantage of lower reservation costs between February 17-21.

Forum registration and payment by check or credit card should be returned to the Foundation office in Manhattan, KS.  Pre-registrations will be refunded if notification is received by February 3rd.  There will be no refund after that date.  Forum proceedings will be posted on the Foundation’s website after the Forum is concluded with text and PowerPoint presentations so no CD’s or hard copy proceedings will be handed out prior to the meeting.

If you have any questions concerning registration procedures or Forum arrangements please contact Mary Hughes, Fluid Fertilizer Foundation at the e-mail address or numbers above.

Continuing Education Credits are available for attending this event.  We look forward to seeing you in Scottsdale.

Sincerely yours,

Dr. Dale Leikam
President
